These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of FitTrack (the "App") operated by Dottech Technologies. By using the App you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

2. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Dottech Technologies and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant us a license to use it as necessary to operate the App.

4. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dottech Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
